To order

You can have your order delivered via PostNL or you can pick it up in The Hague. You can indicate your preference during the ordering process.

You can pay for your order via iDeal.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs: €7.50 per package within the Netherlands.

You will receive the track & trace information of your package upon shipment. The items are fragile and will be packaged with the utmost care. It lowers the risk of damage, but unfortunately it is impossible to give a full guarantee that the contents of the package will arrive at your destination in one piece. All packages are sent via PostNL. Should it happen that you find an item broken in the box when you open the package, you must immediately take a picture of it in this capacity so that I can recover the costs of the damage from the shipping company. I would like to ask you for the photo with information charlotte@chy-pottery.nl , I will contact you as soon as possible.

Because I create unique work, no second item is exactly the same. Therefore, I cannot resend you the item. We then look at what a suitable solution is; another item from the shop or your money back.

I try to recycle the materials used for the packaging as much as possible. I do this from a sustainable perspective and to prevent unnecessary waste.

Once I have received your order, I will get to work as soon as possible to prepare your package for shipment. You will receive the shipping information once I have shipped it.

Returns

If the item you have purchased does not meet your expectations, you can return the item. The shipping costs are then for your account. You can repack the package as it was originally sent and send it to:

CHY, van Hoytemastraat 71, 2596EP in The Hague.

For the correct processing in our system, the invoice or delivery note sent must be returned in the packaging. Please also send an email to charlotte@chy-pottery.nl with the return details for confirmation.

You have 14 days after receipt to cancel your order and notify me. Then you have 14 days from that moment to return the package. If the item that has been returned has reached me in good condition, I will transfer the amount of the order that I owe to you within 30 days. If the item that has been returned arrives in damaged condition, I can pass on a reduction in value to you and you are not entitled to an exchange, refund or compensation . It is therefore important that you pack the item carefully.
